Meet The Team

Hi, I’m Rachel Bilodeau.

The first time I worked as an event coordinator, I knew I had found my calling. In 2022, I followed my heart and began planning weddings, parties, and events as my career and I've never looked back! I am now the owner and principal planner of three incredible event companies: Happily Ever Adventure Co, Lovebound Elopements, and Pageturner Adventure Co.

I have a wandering soul. I was born in Massachusetts, went to college in Vermont, studied abroad in Ireland, struck out to Utah and have now settled down in Southern California. My favorite titles before "event planner" have been "camp counselor", "senior living receptionist", and "nanny". On the weekends when I'm not working, you can find me chasing the last 7 of my bucket list states, exploring our nation's national parks, or hunting for all kinds of treasure - from metal detecting on the beach to sifting through the thrift store aisles!

My little family consists of my partner, Lucas, my senior cat, Jasper, our rescue tripod cat, Hopalong Cassidy, and our new GSD puppies Azriel and Bucky.

HEllo! I’m Jazmine “Jazzy” Aguilar…

… from the vibrant city of Garden Grove, CA. I am a proud Mexican American and bilingual Spanish speaker. With over three years of experience coordinating weddings, I've honed my skills in creating unforgettable celebrations. Growing up as a vendor's daughter, I gained the expertise needed to run my own small business as a florist and balloon stylist.

Currently, I'm pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entertainment and Hospitality Management at California State University, Fullerton. I'm also an active member of the Women in Business and STEM club, where I passionately advocate for the inclusion and empowerment of women in these fields.

I enjoy beach outings, trying out new restaurants, and traveling to new destinations in my free time. My friends often describe me as a caring and attentive listener, always ready to lend an ear when they need support. For inspiration, I love to spend time with family, paint, visit the beach, and immerse myself in music—these activities never fail to clear my mind and spark new ideas.

Hi, I’m Mallory Horton!

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I now live in the San Fernando Valley with my husband Trey and our two cats, Shark and Jonesy. My journey into the wedding industry started in 2023 after planning my own dream wedding. I’ve spent the past year assisting and coordinating events throughout the Los Angeles area. 

Outside of the wedding industry, I work as a producer at a post-production facility in the heart of Hollywood. The organization and client relation skills I have gained from my time producing, help me ensure that every wedding day runs smoothly. 

When I am not working, I can be found exploring my local bookstores, crocheting, or wandering around the Disneyland Parks!
